Eco Innovation Group™ Files Patent Application for PoolCooled™ Climate Control Technology

VAN NUYS, Calif., Dec. 16, 2021, Eco Innovation Group, Inc., an innovative company developing new technologies for green energy solutions, is pleased to announce the filing of a patent application (Application No. 17/469,834) for the Company’s licensed PoolCooled™ Climate Control technology solution.

Eco Innovation Group Eco Innovation Group on June 8, 2021, ECOX executed a licensing agreement (the “Agreement”) giving the Company exclusive rights to commercialize PoolCooled™, a climate control solution that leverages proprietary technology to cool a home or building by taking cool water from an existing swimming pool and looping it through the existing air conditioning system to boost efficiency on a per-unit power consumption basis.

The PoolCooled™ system has since successfully undergone prototype testing, providing proof of concept in the process.

The Company subsequently engaged patent attorneys to develop and file a patent application. Under the terms of the Agreement, along with the original inventor, the Company holds joint title covering all PoolCooled™ technology as well as all patents resulting from the Agreement.

The PoolCooled™ system has a conveniently small physical footprint, allowing it to fit easily into existing equipment areas and pool pump structures. And we can’t wait to begin shipping and installing this technology widely next year.”

Now that the PoolCooled™ patent application has been filed, ECOX plans to conduct further prototype tests to optimize the technology through the spring of 2022. Management believes this timeline will result in a market-ready product by mid-2022, with initial sales and installations beginning as early as Q3 2022, which will include identifying licensing opportunities and distribution partners, as well as marketing and sales investments.

Also, Breaking News on the Company’s new breakthrough glycerin-based non-CO2 supercritical extraction technology (the “GET System”), which has clear potential applications for companies involved in producing products that rely on cannabis plant extraction.

Demitri Hopkins, inventor of the GET System technology, has commented, “Most processes using supercritical fluids — such as carbon dioxide — to extract plant products end up with highly viscous products that are difficult to work with. The glycerin concentrates generated from this system can be used directly in a range of products and allow standardized concentrations of the target compounds.”

 

The intellectual property behind the glycerin extraction technology has been exclusively licensed to Eco Innovation Group, and fabrication of the prototype is underway at Fluitron Inc.

Eco Innovation Group™ Signs Definitive Agreement and Commences Manufacturing of Next-Gen Supercritical Plant Extraction Device

 

May 26, 2021  Eco Innovation Group, Inc. (OTC: ECOX) (“ECOX” or the “Company”), an innovative company aggregating investments in new technologies that promote environmental and social well-being and the advancement of green energy solutions, announced today it has signed a Definitive Agreement with Fluitron, Inc. (“Fluitron”), and has commenced production for the development and manufacturing of a fully functional prototype based on the specialized non-CO2 novel supercritical extraction technology exclusively licensed to ECOX™ by Glytech, LLC (“Glytech”).

Fluitron Inc., a Pennsylvania-based advanced pressure technology manufacturing company is manufacturing the prototype of the patent-pending extraction technology for ECOX. Unlike current technology in the marketplace, this technology utilizes a non-CO2 solvent and cofactors to extract selected bioactive compounds from plant materials. The result is an extracted fluid superior in viscosity to the output of current CO2 -based extraction methods, while streamlining time, energy, and capital costs.

According to ECOX, this technology allows for larger yields in a more affordable process. It makes extraction more efficient and more consistent. This will allow customers to get the same product every time which is not currently the case with current extraction methods in use today including super critical CO2.

With a more fluid solution that is created by super critical extraction, it is expected that one can automate the process. It is expected that this technology will generate lower overhead costs to manufacturers and creates better overall yields.
