What I have in one hand acts as an anti-inflammatory. 💊🔥 What I have in the other hand has many anti-inflammatory 🌿🔥properties. What I have in one hand is a drug. 💊 What I have in the other hand is a natural remedy.🌿

And I bet the vast majority of you have already guessed the drug in my hand. And if you guessed Ibuprofen?

Ding Ding we have a winner!

I was actually prescribed to take ibuprofen even after mostly recovered from my tendinitis around 6 weeks ago.

But considering I’m the type of person, who considers pharmaceutical drugs as a last resort, I opted out instead for the natural remedy instead.

Now don’t get me wrong, Ibuprofen is an effective drug that does exactly what its intended to do. And it definitely helps when you’re looking for a quick relief from pain. But of course like any pharmaceutical drug it comes with its own list of possible side effects such as but not limited to:

Heartburn🔥❤️ Nausea🤢 Vomiting🤮 Gas😨 Constipation😫 Diarrhea😬 Leaky gut/stomach ulcers👎👎 Most of these side effects can be avoided by taking it with food. But the consequences of either taking too much or too often can be much worse. I spoke with a person at my doctors , who said because of a bleeding disorder , they could not take blood thinner medication s. What can People Do?

Which is why I opted out for the more natural remedy of

full-spectrum 🌿CBD oil🌿 for my own personal rehabilitation.

It’s been doing the job for me without the possible risk of any unfavorable side effects. (Of course , consult you General Practitioner .)

I’ve always been a huge advocate for the more natural side of medicine as I never wanted to rely on over the counter drugs to treat any ailment I had.

So if you happen to rely fairly often on over the counter drugs to help with pain, perhaps it might be a good time to give the alternative a try! 😁
